nop, we're not looking for a "new" revision control system. We're aiming towards
how Kannel's core can "add/modulize" add-on, like Rene's sqlbox, my smppbox and
mmsbox etc.
Hence we need a way in letting the add-ons register for config directives in the
"central" configuration management and how we "share" msg'ing structure et al.
