Hi Nick,

Fine by me! Please let me know your decision. This is going to get
pretty urgent pretty quickly - the plug is pulled on the 24th of June.

You guys will need to take a backup of the important stuff on the
machine (the CVS repository and the mailing list are probably the only
really critical things) just in case the box dies in transit. Make sure
you're happy with it, because we won't be doing any backups.

yep, Andreas is preparing a preliminary box we could use.

@Rene, Vincent: is there a box you could affort to let us use for a temporary time? As co-located box?

Once you have decided, give me a shipping address and James and I @
Qualcomm will pack it up. We will ship the disk separately to the same
address. I'll let you know a few hours before we do it so you can
prepare for the mailing list and website going down. You may want to
consider dropping the TTL for the DNS records so you can temporarily
move them somewhere else - I think the Kannel Software Foundation owns
all the domain names, right?

The domains names are running under my name, since I have forced Wapme to give them free while I was leaving the company. They didn't do it by free will, so I had to argue some time, but that problem is solved at least.

DNS is running at a hosting provider, and can be switched by me directly. This would be then "upgraded" to the "new" kannel.org box when in place to self-host it's DNS space.

Stipe
