#182: wrmsr in current build seems broken.

Either I'm using it wrong, and the bug is that the syntax message it
prints when given no arguments is buggy and it doesn't give errors when
you use it the way it says to, or it's just not writing things properly.
In either case, 'wrmsr 0x51400025 0x00001002' doesn't set the MSR to the
right value.
Confirmed that it's the tool, because binaries that I had handy worked
fine.
