In support of this, and in consultation with Jordan, I have done the
following:
1. created a new mainboard in linuxbios called 'btest'.
2. Integrated the CAFE PCI code into the mainboard.c for that new
mainboard
It builds fine, I can not test it, I hope jordan will. Those of you with
btest mainboards need to move forward, just modify the buildrom congif and
specify a btest mainboard (this is supported).
