[devel] pgcc-1.1.3-3mdk.src.rpm doesn't compile on RH6.0

pgcc 1.1.3-3mdk failed on compile libgcc2.a just like compiling
pgcc-1.1.2,  can't find limits.h under /usr/include/limits.h. while the
plain pgcc-1.1.3 works
