[expert] kernelcfg package

I am trying to run the app. kernelcfg and I get an error message that
states that it is not installed. Would anyone happen to know what rpm it
is packaged in?

P.S. I am still having the problem wtih 2.2.9-27mdk


locks up on loading keytable

and fails to recognize sound card.
