One of the best surveys I have ever had the pleasure of filling out. They
even mention Mandrake Linux as a choice of distribution as well. They are
very knowldgeable about Linux and it shows.

It's a survey from Inprise (ex-Borland) to find out what software to port
first to Linux. I think it is important to show that Linux users
expect to have Development Environment similar to Delphi or Visual
"something". There is no way not to like these sort of applications.
It can't hurt to have them.
