Currently ABRT can at least run `rpm -qf MAIN_EXECUTABLE ALL_GDB_INFO_SHARED_DISPLAYED LIBRARIES FILENAMES' and report these nvrs in the Bugzilla bugreport before such build-id -> nvr server is deployed.
