In just over a week, on April 19, the wiki will freeze for Release Notes for Fedora 13. If you have content you would like to see the the Release Notes go to:

Note that the content will be reviewed and edited so there is no need to be concerned that your prose is exactly perfect. If you are pressed for time, a few words about what changed along with a link to more detail would be fine.
