It looks to me like there's work being done on it but no-one can reproduce the problem on demand and no-one is willing to test possible fixes to get feedback. It also looks to me like an extremely difficult problem to resolve so as much help as possible is needed to get to the bottom of it (if in fact it can be resolved in the short(ish) term). Are you able to help by providing vmcores or testing kernels? Have you spoken to RedHat support about it?
