pcre2-10.22-RC1 changes libpcre2-posix library ABI and thus its SONAME from libpcre2-posix.so.0() to libpcre2-posix.so.1().
I believe no other Fedora packages uses libpcre2-posix library, therefore I push the package into rawhide without any special measures.
