I can confirm this issue. I've already reported this as an issue to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1317195 4 months ago, but nothing happened. There is no indication that one should use upstream (github.com) to report bugs instead of RedHat Bugzilla. Please don't expect users to report to github, rhbz is the "natural" place to report bugs.
