jni problem on ARM builder

tried to build https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1366839
on arm builder
but there is this problem

net_openhft_ticker_impl_JNIClock.cpp:59:25: error: 'rdtsc' was not 
declared in this scope

any ideas?
