Then there must be a leak as I have multiple rpms with slightly different versions. https://paste.fedoraproject.org/466976/ The other thing I'm seeing is, I'll get a notification for software updates, click on it, see the Restart & Install blue button in GNOME Software, close/quite GNOME Software, and at some later time relaunch GNOME Software and it says everything is up to date even though the offline update wasn't run.
