It depends on the project. Some projects do not want to receive reports
about problems with distribution's packages. They would ask the reporter
to build from scratch and try to reproduce with the latest release or
snapshot.

Assuming it's a detailed/complete backtrace accompanied with steps
on how to reproduce something, well, I would think the same. Unfortunately,
users still dump ABRT backtraces into Fedora bugzilla without adding
a single comment and without replying to questions. Upstream would also
prefer bug reporters to be responsive.
