Is it a standard NPAPI plugin or a custom Firefox XPI extension? If
it's just NPAPI then you could try Epiphany, the GNOME web browser. It
will support NPAPI plugins indefinitely. Note that plugins that display
stuff depend on X11 and therefore can't work in Wayland, but they
should work fine if you're running in X11.

But since it has XPI in its name, that makes me think it may be
Firefox-specific.
