Few comments from my quick review:
+ it can release to Debian and Docker
- user have to put quite a lot of logic and repetitive configuration in 
`make-release` (for every project)
- not really well documented

There already exist much olders and IMO betters tools which can release from 
upstream directly to Fedora:

  https://github.com/ignatenkobrain/rpm-gitoverlay
