Hello Pavel,
I had the same issue. I had it with both Wayland and Xorg. But I have no
idea how to reproduce it, so I gave up the idea of bugreporting it and
just added a comment here:

solved.
Can you check if you're using this 4.11 kernel and if the issue looks fixed?
I updated to F26, but I don't have an extensive use of my laptop at the
moment and as I don't know how to reproduce it, I can't tell if it
really is fixed.
