Hmm.... okay it's been a couple of months now and the facter bug that lead
me to this is still unaddressed...

It remains at 2.4.3 in all branches whilst the current is 3.8.0

Unless you respond with a specific reason that this is being ignored by
August 31st I'll be updating this in the first week of September.

I urge you to listen to your colleagues in the Ruby SIG and change the POC
so that bug reports will go where they are going to be reviewed and so that
key packages like this get updated.

I'm genuinely surprised the very old facter hasn't hit the puppet or
similar guys before now.
