It seem your package requires 2.0.2 version of elasticsearch-transport, while in F28, there is rubygem-elasticsearch-transport-5.0.4-1.fc28
The question is how to solve it. I'd start by trying to relax the dependnecy using %gemspec_remove_dep and %gemspec_add_dep macros.
