Maybe now there is a possibility of having a texlive/repository-module ? Somewhat similar to what is descrived at https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@lists.fedoraproject.org/message/S56BRPTB2KYYQNMIW7RA5LPPZLEBHD6K/ The problem is maintaining 1.5k+ packages, and creating such number o individual packages, and every time an update is done (assuming 1 month+), need to remove like 5+ and add new 5+.
