Well, actually this case is because we didn't have f28 ostree signing setup. The previous f28 branched compose all the ostree deliverables failed, so it didn't need to sign them. Now in these thats fixed and it needed to wait for them to be signed. Patrick has set that up and both are moving forward now. kevin
