basically they were proposed, but people objected to the elections app emitting fedmsgs when people voted, so it was decided they should be 'claimable' from the elections app after you voted (or anytime after) However, it looks like that was never implemented in the elections app: https://pagure.io/elections/issue/45 So, we just need to implement that and we get badges going for it. I'm not sure how hard that would be off hand. kevin
