So, I tried to answer in one of the threads and it's quite difficult, in my opinion. The message compose pop-up doesn't quote the message I'm replying to, so I can't write my comments in response to specific passages by the previous person. Not being able to reply in context is a deal-breaker to me. What do you call "a richer experience", I wonder.
