No problems building OpenImageIO but both OpenColorIO and Blender needed
some patching for the new API.

NOTE: The patch for Blender is not backward compatible so if for some
strange reason Blender has a new release in the near future, it will not
build with OIIO < 2.0 and current rawhide should not be merged with another
release (or if you do, just remove the patch).

I wasn't able to do anything with LuxRender and it hasn't had a good build
since fc28...
