I'm preparing an upgrade of "recode" pacakge from 3.6 to 3.7.1 version.
Because it changes an ABI and a license (from (GPLv2+) to (GPLv3+ and LGPLv3+ and BSD and OFSFDL); the library itself from LGPLv2+ to LGPLv3+)), the upgrade will be performed in Rawhide only.
