So, this run of failed composes was serveral issues:

* A dnf update trying to fix some issues with package names in
transactions: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1724779
It took me a few days to track the fails back to this.

* The f32 rpm had a missed patch that was applied to f31:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1691430
This caused armv7 compose jobs to fail after I moved them from old to
newer hardware that has the issue.

* The 1115 compose took forever because I had installed the new armv7
vm's using xfs / and for some reason armv7 + lpae kernels do not behave
well with xfs. After moving them to ext4, things were vastly faster and
actually completed.

Hopefully we are back on track now. I fired another rawhide compose a
bit ago and corrected some issues around moving more builders into the
compose channel. I'm hopefull tomorrow we will be back to 4hour ish
composes.
