FYI all php-zendframework-* packages are now retire from rawhide. This project is dead Read: https://framework.zend.com/blog/2019-04-17-announcing-laminas.html So, now, all php-laminas-* packages are built and available including the compatibility layer which allow to use it the same way than ZF Great thanks to Robert-André Mauchin for the mass review. I was initially planing this as a Fedora 33 feature but some other projects have start to use Laminas...
