Upstream has been informed, but they're just too busy to fix it at the moment. It isn't a simple enough issue for me to fix either, unfortunately. I'll have another look this week. I think nineml is a leaf package that isn't affecting other packages. So, could we please leave it with the hope that upstream will be able to look at it sometime soon?
