If this change revealed something, then that are packaging bugs in the affected packages.
The only news is subpackaging perl-debugger and perl-doc. I can't remember more than 10 packages that were affected by this. But don't worry, there will be a formal Fedora change for Perl 5.32 that will mention this split. -- Petr
