Mostly, yes.  We were told there was ambiguity on whether modularity
would be used in RHEL 9 or not.  Very clearly it will, so I wanted to
get ahead of that.

I wonder where did this ambiguity came from. I always considered this as a very well known fact, but thanks for saying it explicitly, Josh.
