This reminds me - over a year ago, I triggered discussion about making the dist.rpmdeplint test blocking for all packages, which would solve this exact problem. However, taskotron was retired shortly after, and Fedora CI has only been catching up lately. Is there an installability check in Fedora CI now? Can we make it so that if packages contained in an update do not install correctly the update fails gating checks?
