Error:
 Problem 1: problem with installed package mpv-0.33.0-1.fc33.x86_64
  - package mpv-0.33.0-3.fc34.x86_64 requires libplacebo.so.72()(64bit), but
none of the providers can be installed
  - mpv-0.33.0-1.fc33.x86_64 does not belong to a distupgrade repository
  - libplacebo-2.72.2-1.fc33.x86_64 does not belong to a distupgrade repository
 Problem 2: problem with installed package perf-5.10.11-200.fc33.x86_64
  - package perf-5.11.0-0.rc7.git0.1.fc34.x86_64 requires
libopencsd_c_api.so.0()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - perf-5.10.11-200.fc33.x86_64 does not belong to a distupgrade repository
  - opencsd-0.14.1-2.fc33.x86_64 does not belong to a distupgrade repository

- mpv is from RPM Fusion: perhaps it needs a rebuild for libplacebo.
- not sure why I have perf installed in the first place, but I don't see
  a bug for this yet either at kernel-tools or at opencsd.
