Thanks for stepping-up, JT!

JT is someone I'm very familiar with, as we have even shared a hotel room at 
Linux Fest Northwest back in 2014. If there's anybody who has capable hands 
about handling a spin/lab, it's him.

I've gone-ahead and handed-over the two Fedora Jam pagure repos to him, and 
I'm sure he'll be able to take-on the rest in due time.

I'll be sticking around as a resource to help in whatever way I can, and I'm 
even keeping some packages so that I can stay familiar with RPM packaging.
