Yep, I also had to add g++-mapper-server, and the build succeeds. I'm
performing a full chain gcc (bootstrap) -> crt -> gcc (bootstrap2) ->
winpthreads -> gcc (full) here [1] and if all works then I'd proceed
with the build in Rawhide.
As for pulling the patches from the native package, I don't really have
the capacity to follow up with all downstream/backported patches, but I
certainly don't have any objections if it were done!
