@ Reon Beon I don't really know what you are asking ... If there is an issue with your monitor refresh rate, or changing the refresh rate does not work in any desktop environment, maybe open an issue in a window manager bug tracker (e.g. in mutter gitlab) with the whole configuration of your PC.
