I am experiencing a ppc64le build failure on F34 and EPEL8, EPEL8-next only.

On F34 the error is

Please submit a full bug report,
with preprocessed source if appropriate.
Other branches can successfully build on aarch64, x86_64, pcc64le.
Do you know what can be the problem?
