Fair enough, but the failure of 
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=82622658 is concerning.  
I'd expect that to require another attempt to build vtk.

I'm not sure what happened to that vtk build, but the build.log on that page 
has:

g++: fatal error: Killed signal terminated program cc1plus
compilation terminated.
