Devtoolset for epel7 for build in Copr

Is it possible to use RHEL7 devtoolsets (aka devtoolset-8, 
llvm-toolset-11 and so on) for the correspond builds in Copr, as well as 
it is possible for builds for Fedora EPEL7 ?
