What does "rpm -q python3" show?  You should have Python 3.10 installed

Not in F37.  It's going to be python 3.11 there.  If python3-m2crypto

I was tricked by the package naming. There's a python3.10 package in the repo which was the first one I found, but the main package is python3-3.11...
