It used to be, but the patch that made it so was dropped 4 months ago: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/qt5-qtbase/c/5ada0f5c5e88dcca0a367c8c82a2c89e99c70dbb?branch=rawhide I do not understand why. That patch was there exactly to prevent this exact issue. Dropping that patch is what caused this blocker bug.
