I think it should be possible to have "fedpkg build" print something like "do not forget to submit this build to bodhi, otherwise it will disappear into the void" after a successful build if the build target is either "*-candidate" or "*build-side-*"? Some might ignore the message, but for others, that would be a helpful reminder ...
