Sorry, I missed the reply.
Currently the default input method is the Qt IBus IM module by setting
QT_IM_MODULE=ibus environment variable with imsettings module in Plasma Wayland
and this Change is to make another IBus Wayland IM module and users switch the
input method by manual using systemsettings5 utility because the new module
will be under the testing in Fedora 39. I'd like to make another Change to
change the system default change in Fedora 40.
So this change would be enough as Self-Contained for Fedora 39.
