yes only these 2 problems but I used dnf system-upgrade [1]
I have enabled updates-testing repo.
But upgrade went wrong , it hanged  , librpm is broken dnf is broken ,
my vm is almost unbootable, so I can't do more tests ... 

But upgrade went wrong , it hanged  when was updatin rpm-libs  , now
librpm is broken, dnf is broken , my vm boot with many errors and
doesn't have graphics , only console  so I can't do more tests ...
