Hi all,

I am having consistent issues on F39 and Rawhide with locally using mockbuild:

```
   python3-dnf-plugins-core-4.1.0-1.fc37.noarch
Start: installing minimal buildroot with dnf5
execv(/usr/bin/dnf5) failed: No such file or directory
```

Do I need to get new config files from somewhere? Should this fix itself shortly?

Thank you
