That makes the pkgconfig file install as tbb32.pc.  I don't know why
upstream is doing that.  Maybe so 64-bit and 32-bit installs can
coexist on the same system?

The correct way to do that is to install in /usr/lib{,64}/pkgconfig
instead of /usr/share/pkgconfig I think?
