Yes, these error messages represent all the crate dependencies that cannot be resolved from Fedora repositories. They will need to be packaged separately if you want to submit this as an official package for Fedora. Or if you want a "quick and dirty" solution for unofficial packages, you can use "rust2rpm --vendor".
