Though, there's something fishy about that, since a Qt "plugins"
directory sounds much like it ought to be included in a Qt package,
not a KDE "filesystem" package. Just like it's done for x86_64, e.g.:

$ rpm -qf /usr/lib64/qt6/{plugins,qml}
qt6-qtbase-6.7.2-2.fc40.x86_64
qt6-qtdeclarative-6.7.2-1.fc40.x86_64
