Hi,
it's on the ODRS server. The option
gsettings get org.gnome.software review-server
defaults to:
https://odrs.gnome.org/1.0/reviews/api
How much "editable" the data stored there is I do not know, I'm sorry.
The sources for it are here:
https://gitlab.gnome.org/Infrastructure/odrs-web/
Where the data is I do not know. You can file a bug there and you'll
see. Please note the code is more or less in a maintenance mode.
