Unfortunately gdk-pixbuf is currently broken in i686 on F43, and that
is breaking additional package builds like gtk3. So I'm going to go
recklessly charge ahead and do this now to try to get everything back
into a good state.
If somebody objects, then I'm willing to downgrade gdk-pixbuf in F43
back to the same version it was in F42. But I expect this shouldn't be
necessary, since users are unlikely to care which backend gets used so
long as the images work....
